one of my feet is a half size smaller and i have trouble finding casual flats that stay on both feet. you can stride in these without slippage because the tie is functional. the leather around the heel and forefoot make these comfortable to wear without socks too.
there isn't much arch support, but i didn't expect it and have half-sole inserts that work just fine. footbed is cushioned and comfy.

I wanted casual and comfortable inside/outdoor shoe.
The leather top is absolutly wonderful. The soft deeskin is conforming nicely to my foot.
However, I am very disappointed in how narrow the heel of the sole is. My feet are turning over to the outside because the heel is narrow. My Minnietonka slippers have a wider more stable heel and I love them. Unfortunately I can't wear the moccasins very long.

I like the looks of the shoe but didn't realize they were "driving" moccasins. Hope the sole is durable. Plus, they seem to be running large so order an half size smaller. I bought two different shoes and they both are too big! I am unhappy as slip when walking.

I had a pair of Moose Minnetonka moccasins, and I loved them so much that I wanted to try the deerskin ones. The day you put them on, they are "broken in" because they are so soft. Great for driving, traveling and such but they don't have arch support, so don't use them to go walking.

A: The vast majority of Minnetonka moccasins are made in their own factory situated in the Dominican Republic. A few styles are currently made in China and from time to time manufacturing facilities in other countries are used.
