I began wearing these moccasins in high school. I am 55 years old now and still wearing them. My last pair went through rain, creeks, over rocks, horseback riding and anywhere I went. Although they would sometimes get soaked and dry out a little stiff, one day of wearing brought them back to their original softness. I finally wore the soft sole out after about 12 years and I just replaced them with this new pair.
