The moccasin slippers are stylish, comfortable, and warm. I love them. However, the leather bow is not the color as pictured. I ordered the slippers in Chocolate, which showed black trim. The slippers came with pink trim. The pink is pale, so I'll keep them, otherwise they'd be going back.

While I am extremely happy with the shoes, I am less than happy with the service I received from the company. When I ordered these shoes, the picture on your website showed them to be black with purple laces. What arrived were brown shoes with pink laces. I called customer service but was told that I got what I ordered which is not true. The rep said that there was nothing they could do and if I wanted to return them I could but I would be responsible for shipping them back since there is nothing wrong with the shoes. HOWEVER there is something wrong with them - they are not the right color based on what is showing on your website. Very disappointing and I must say I will not be ordering again from a company who has such disregard for customer service.
