I ended up exchanging these because of the size and I discovered I am more comfortable with suede or nubuck. If you want a good, rugged moccasin that will last and last (they will definitely wear in well) - give these a try!

                Service and delivery comments:

                As far as the delivery, I am very displeased. FedEx said it was delivered on the correct day, 3 days later I still did not have my order. I called Hayneedle inquiring about it and was told to give it a few days because sometimes the drivers miss boxes on their truck, it finally showed up on the porch 2 days later. Once I received my order, I had to ship them back because they were the wrong size. To sum it up, the entire process took about 3 weeks to get the correct size.
