These moc's were exactly the style I was looking for, retro but not hippie. The dusty brown color appeared a grey or doe color on the computer screen but it is brown. The fringe comes just above my ankle. I have some concerns with the wear of the zipper. The angle that I must put my foot to get into the moc also puts some stress on the zipper.There is no support in the moc at all. I have added my own. With the addition of the support they are very comfortable. As always with me no matter the fit, style always wins in the end!

      I just got these boots as a christmas gift to myself. I must say these are the best casual shoes
      I have ever worn. I got these in my regular size 81/2 and the fit was perfect.I will be wearing these shoes every weekend and holidays.I wish I could wear them to work but,my office is very conservative. I am just so in love with these shoes. It's truly like walking on a cloud.I can see why minnietontka has been in business for so many years they really put out such a great product.I will be ordering more of there products in future.As for hayneedle,the packageing and fast delivery was excellent.
