    I would suggest wearing them slowly (lightly),
    as the moccasin doesn't prohibit the full and natural range of motion of the foot: if wearing too often too soon, the muscles/joints of the foot/knee/hip could become tender (sore or
    easily fatigued) if a person has been wearing
    shoes that prohibit range of motion.
    This means: wearing the mocassions can improve the overall function and strength of the entire torso, but like any new exercise, it should be a pursuit taken on with caution...

          First time buyer and didn't know exactly how to size these. My feet are very narrow so these are a little wide, but feel that they are true to size. I wear heavier socks to help fill them out, and may try an insole, but I still love to wear them. I have worn them all over town, and to work. (on my feet all day) I truly, truly wish I could get these in a narrow. Would buy these in every color, and probably will!

              I take my shoes off in the evening and put these on. They are so soft, cushy, and so comfy, I feel very pampered. I put them on again first thing in the morning. They fit closer to the foot than many slippers, so there is no concern about tripping over them. Love them!
