Ordered size 8 1/2 for husband. Shoe was way too big length wise (width was fine). It was also too big for my son who is size 10 1/2. I don't trust the sizing enough to reorder even though other site's customers rate the shoe as "true to size."

Good leather. Like the flat sole. Sewing of the sole to the leather is through the sole in and around the sole perimeter seam. My first pair came apart in less than two weeks. Customer service replaced the shoe, per my request, at no cost to me; with instructions to donate or dispose of the defective pair. The second pair has been in service over a month with no defects. Shoes are wearing well.

I have purchased Minnrtonka's for years and I was really unhappy with the purchase and have to send them back around the shoe were the weaving is all rippling and they do not fit and the tie ripped when I went to tie them I need to sent them back for a refund then shoe is digging into the side of my baby toe right foot need to send them back for a refund

I've always worn Minnetonka Mocs since I was a kid. I started buying them when our family would vacation in Lake Tomahawk, WI. in the 60's. We went there for more than 15 years and I would buy a pair just about every year. I don't go to Lake Tomahawk any more but I do buy my Mocs online now. They are my primary foot wear. I love the leather and style. Sometimes my favorite style is discontinued but I can always find a very suitable style to take it's place. Thanks for keeping my feet happy.

My husband had long since worn out his other pair, and since we had moved out of a metro area, it was initially difficult to find the correct Minnetonka Moccasins on line! He put them on Christmas Day and wore them the entire day...."they fit like a glove"! He loved them. Thank you Hayneedle Store!

I recently ordered the leather mocs in a double soft sole. Liked mocs so I put bottoms on them instead if returning them. They look great but are very snug, but doable... This was a size 11. I then ordered another pair(same company..Minnetonka..) this time in dark leather. They were HUGE!!! I had to send them back. Got another pair in 10 1/2( a whole size and a half smaller) and they were still loose. Found a THICK pair of insoles and that fixes it, but what is up with the sizing? You guys fixed it quick and you rock. Should be some kind of warning, that's all. I'll shop with you again.

A: The vast majority of Minnetonka moccasins are made in their own factory situated in the Dominican Republic. A few styles are currently made in China and from time to time manufacturing facilities in other countries are used.
