I love the look of these shoes, exactly what I was looking for, and as I expected, the Minnetonka brand lived up to it's name, these are genuine, and are very impressive looking.

As I also expected, these are not terribly durable. The soft sole really adds style at the cost of durability, They turn black after walking on sidewalk or in a store for half an hour, which is to be expected. Also, my feet do seat a bit in them, I fixed the problem by adding a gel insert with a cotton sock wrapped around it, which fixed the problem. I'm still breaking them in, and so far the only problem I've had is some pressure on my big toe and a slight problem on the heel that subsided after a day's wear around the house.

Bottom line, if you are interested in genuine style at the cost of the durability, I'd highly recommend these. I can't wait for school to start so I can start wearing these around, but so far they feel great, and look great, making my first pair of moccasins a real treat! Something tells me I will be buying more mocs from this site!

        I bought my husband his first pair 20 years ago on a family reunion to Okoboji, Iowa that he could not attend. He has worn them every day and although they held up very well, he needed a new pair and thank goodness the new ones are just as good as the old ones. Thankfully, they were not changed and the quality not compromised.
