    By the description, I was expecting a very soft, glove-like leather that feels great on my feet. Brand-new, the leather is VERY stiff and the rough, unfinished suede on the inside is not supple at all and feels rough on my feet. I'm on my third day of near-continuous wear and they still do not feel broken in. I have other mocs that have leather linings with support that are far more supple and soft on my feet. These are no-nonsense mocs. You get a bit of leather, a bit of glue and little else. Also, if you have a narrow foot, like I do, you will not be able to get these tight enough. I have cinched these down all I can and they still slip off my heels when I walk. Others have said these feel narrow - they feel wide to me! So I would say they are about right for a "normal" foot (whatever that is). Still, I'm going to keep wearing them this winter. The leather breathes and even after wearing them all day, my feet do not feel clammy. That's the beauty of real leather footwear. You don't need all that flannel and fluff in there. Good leather will keep you warm and dry. Despite not being as comfortable as I would like, this will still be a go-to house slipper for me.

              These were ordered as a gift for my husband. He tried them on and they were too large. We found that you do not carry a size 7 but they are manufactured in the size 7 so the exchange is being done directly with the manufacturer. This is inconvenient but we are lucky they would do this for us since you do not carry the size 7. This is too bad you do not carry the smaller sizes and id disappointing to me.
