I ordered these for my niece's 1st birthday. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size down. They fit perfectly with room to grow. I can't wait to get me a pair of my own.

Minnetonka is a great brand so you will be getting your money's worth with your purchase. I have bought a couple of pairs of Minnetonka children's boots and find that they run larger than the normal shoe size. This hasn't been a problem for me because the kids eventually grow into them, but if you are looking for them to fit upon arrival I'd advise going a size smaller. The child I bought for wears an infant size 6 and the boot runs more like a size 7 or 8. The boots are easy to get on with the velcro back and easy for children to walk in due to the fact that the sole is made of soft leather. If you want something for them to be able to wear outside, I'd recommend getting a pair with a different, water resistant sole. Otherwise, these are great for inside use only.

A: The vast majority of Minnetonka moccasins are made in their own factory situated in the Dominican Republic. A few styles are currently made in China and from time to time manufacturing facilities in other countries are used.
